Commission. This approved in class course is presented
by the American Society of Auctioneers for those individuals
who aspire to become licensed in the Auction Profession.
The American Society of Auctioneers also offers the
required 8-hour in class course for continuing education
for all those auctioneers currently licensed in the
State of Georgia.

A 40-hour in class course approved and presented by
the American Inspection Institute for those individuals
who aspire to become practicing Home Inspection Professionals
in the State of Georgia and throughout the United States
of America.

INSURANCE SALES: A 40-hour in class course
approved by the Georgia Department of Insurance for
those individuals who aspire to become licensed in either
Property/Casualty Insurance Sales or Life, Accident
and Sickness Sales. Both of the approved P&C and
LAS 40-hour in class courses are presented by ABC Insurance
Training Institute.

MORTGAGE FINANCE:
A 40-hour in class course approved by the Georgia Department
of Banking and Finance. This approved 40-hour in class
course is offered by the American Institute of Mortgage
Finance for those individuals who aspire to become licensed
mortgage brokers in the State of Georgia. The American
Institute of Mortgage Finance also offers the approved
4-hour course on Georgia Rules and Regulations required
for licensing in the State of Georgia.

PERSONAL PROPERTY APPRAISAL:
A 40-hour in class course approved and presented by
the Appraisal Society for those individuals who aspire
to become appraisers of personal property.

REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL:
A 90-hour in class course approved by the Georgia Real
Estate Appraisers Board. This approved 90-hour in class
course is presented by the American Society of Real
Estate Appraisers for those individuals who aspire to
become a registered real estate appraiser in the State
of Georgia. The American Society of Real Estate Appraisers
periodically offers selective 14-hour in class continuing
education courses required by the Georgia Real Estate
Appraisers Board.

A 16-hour in class course approved and presented by
the American Association of Real Estate Investors for
those individuals who aspire to become real estate investors
anywhere in the Untied States. Each individual adult
student who successfully completes the two-day 16-hour
in class course may become a member of the American
Association of Real Estate Investors.

A 75-hour in class course approved by the Georgia Real
Estate Commission. This approved 75-hour in class course
is presented by the American Real Estate Training Institute
for those individuals who aspire to become a real estate

education courses required by the Georgia Real Estate
Commission. The approved Pre-license and continuing
education computer courses are also available through
